Please Note: Once you have made your payment through PayPal, it can take up to 4 days before your account is activated. This is due to awaiting your domain to be registered. Your monthly or yearly period will not begin until the first time you logon to your site.
Selecting Your Domain
It is advised that you make sure that the domain you want, is available. The best way to do this is go to www.whois.net and enter in the domain you would like! If no one has registered it, it should be available!We ask that you select at least 5 different domain names, placing them in order of your preference. If your first choice is not available we will then move on to your second domain.
The domain name will remain your property. If you cancel your subscription with YourLeagueOnline, you remain the owner of the domain and can move it to another hosting provider. As long as you keep your account with YourLeagueOnline, we will take care of any re-registration fees.
Technical Support
We provide 24 hour technical support via phone and email, although on some days (Australian Public Holidays) our office will be closed. You will be notified via email at least 3 days prior to our office being closed.
